Frequently Asked Questions
Are my private files safe when compressing?
Yes, absolutely. None of the files you select are uploaded to our servers. All archive generation is performed directly inside your browser memory using WebAssembly/JavaScript.
What is compression level?
Level 0 simply stores the files inside the ZIP without compressing them (fastest). Levels 1 through 9 compress the data using the DEFLATE algorithm, where Level 9 offers maximum file size reduction but takes slightly longer to generate.
How are the calculations determined?
We use standard scientific and public formulas (such as WHO standards for health trackers or standardized calendar maths).
